What is Needed from You

For Estate Owners or Executors

To ensure a smooth and lawful process, please be prepared to provide the following:

  • Proof of Ownership or Authority
    Confirmation that you are the legal owner or authorized executor responsible for the firearms and related assets.

  • Estate Documentation (if applicable)

    • Probate documents

    • Death certificate

    • Legal documentation confirming your role as executor

  • Valid Government-Issued ID
    A current driver’s license or equivalent form of identification.

  • Time Commitment
    Please allow 30–60 minutes for the transfer process (approx. 5 minutes per firearm) to complete necessary documentation and signatures.

Process

1. Qualification

3. Transfer Appointment
Arrange a dedicated appointment to formally transfer custody of the firearms.

4. Final Disposition
Complete final documentation, including:

  • Probate paperwork

  • Proof of executor status

  • Death certificate
